In recent years, China's R & D investment in domestic instrumentation has greatly increased, and the performance and stability of instruments and equipment are steadily increasing. However, for a long time, the market of testing instruments has been monopolized by foreign brands, which leads to "almost the same function and the same parameters of laboratory testing instruments, the import prices are much higher than the domestic ones, but they are still the first choice of customers".

The development of this promotion provides a new service mode for solving the bottleneck problem of the lack of authoritative technical verification data and detection methods in the promotion of domestic inspection instruments and equipment, and provides a new way for enterprises to participate in the structural reform of the supply side.

The conference will attract more than 100 representatives from government departments and relevant associations leading experts, testing and certification bodies, instrument manufacturers and authoritative laboratories. With the aid of "the center of testing and certification of the capital technology condition platform in the capital", the evaluation work helps enterprises to establish testing standards and solves the bottleneck of the lack of testing standards of instruments and equipment to restrict the development of enterprises. The coverage of domestic instrument evaluation service has expanded from the initial analytical instrument field to four fields: physical performance, electronic measurement and metrology.

In the past 5 years, the work has been evaluated for 24 domestic instruments and equipment of 18 enterprises from Beijing, Shanghai and Dalian. It has successfully held the 6 session of the introduction, and has been strongly supported by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. It has mobilized 52 member laboratories and 80 experts in the capital technology platform of the capital and 18 domestic analytical instruments. 24 instruments and equipment of the production enterprise have been evaluated, the authoritative domestic inspection instrument and equipment verification and comprehensive evaluation platform have been set up, and the first evaluation guide of the certification and accreditation industry has been set up, which is a solid foundation for the continuous development of the evaluation work. The promotion will be recognized and praised by the industry association and the enterprise. It further expands the influence of the domestic inspection instrument and equipment verification and comprehensive evaluation technology service, and improves the research and development level and the product quality of the domestic testing instruments.
